Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy
1 Whilst we try to deliver goods within 3 days of payment, no responsibility can be accepted for strikes, accidents or delays.

All goods must be examined upon receipt and if damaged, faulty upon
delivery or not as you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of
delivery by fax, email or letter to obtain a return reference.

The customer may exchange or return an item after obtaining a reference
code from our head office within 7 days on delivery. To do so, please
contact BeBaBoo Ltd by phone, or email. Postage and Packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. We
do not accept exchanged or returned items that have been worn (apart
from tried on) or where any labels or tags have been removed.. Return
postage and packing will be at the customer's expense. Item must be
returned in its original condition and packaging. If not BeBaBoo Ltd
reserves the right to refuse the item and make a refund. Please note
that sale items can not be exchanged or refunded.
After obtaining your reference code, please return items to:

4 All prices subject to alteration without prior notice and are exclusive of carriage. For orders over £50 there is a £5 charge on all orders in the UK and £8 on all orders outside UK. Please refer to Delivery to find out about our charges.

As far as we can we try to keep our website stock levels updated at all
times , but if an item is not available , the customer will be
contacted by email and offered to wait until in stock, offered an
alternative or a refund.
8 Goods supplied shall be at customers risk immediately on delivery.

Any clerical or other error of omission on any text, quotation,
pricelist, invoice or other document issued by BeBaBoo Ltd is subject
to correction without any liability on the part of BeBaBoo Ltd
10 BeBaBoo Ltd reserve the right to refuse any sale, enquiry or customer without given reason.
